Cipher

A procedure that transforms data between plaintext and ciphertext; a crypto algorithm.
Basically a "cipher" is any method of encrypting text to conceal its readability and meaning. Its origin is the Arabic "sifr," meaning empty or zero. In addition to its cryptographic meaning,
"cipher" is a term also used for someone insignificant or a stylised combination of letters, as in an elaborate monogram.

Churning

Office slang for the constant moving, reorganising and purging of office documents to keep the critical information from being swallowed up by less important material.

Cancel Moose

An individual who wages war against spamming.

Cancelbunny

A nickname for people who delete Usenet messages, posted to newsgroups, which they claim violate copyrights. A cancelbunny cancels other people's posts, taking advantage of a loophole in the overall Usenet posting mechanism
